Shift + N to create new ticket BEFORE currently selected

Hi,

to often, we need to create a ticket at the top of the list.

Since there is no direct way to do this, we do the following workaround:
- mouse over highest ticket
- press N
- enter title and hit ENTER
- Move ticket up

What would be our improvement wish:

a) Shortcut to add a ticket before the currently selected (for example Shift+N)
b) Shortcut to add a ticket at the top of the selected list

 @Marcel Berschneider did you know you can create a card at the top of the list by hovering in the space just above the top card? Click the + button to open the card composer. This works not on only at the top of a list but between cards in the list as well. Let me know if this helps.
