Setting a due date on a card using Card Repeater with Butler

M.Ito August 12, 2021

I am using Card Repeater Power-Up to create cards repeatedly every week. I created a rule to set the due date when a card that contains the name of the day of the week in the title is added to the list, but the rule is not activated for cards created by Card Repeater. However, when I manually create a card with the same title, the rule is activated and the due date is set. Why does this happen? Also, is there a solution to this problem? If anyone knows, I would appreciate your help.スクリーンショット 2021-08-13 095533.png

@M.Ito

I used that feature a bit. I think it is because you need add the date to the card. If I am not mistaken with card repeater or template, it is a copy with a name that has a date it it. I think the solution is to be rename it with {cardname} {isodate}. Try it.
