See only cards you're subscribed on a board by default

Can i make the "q" shortcut as a default on a board? So people can't turn this off and will only see the ones they're subscribed by a "admin"?

@Thales Todorovski you can't, but the Cards view shows people only cards they're assigned to, sorted by board which might achieve the same result. However there's no way to add someone as a member to a card without them being a member of the board, and anyone who is a member of a board can move cards around, remove themselves from cards etc.
