Hi i dont think there is the automation option:
Everyday at 10 pm, move every Card marked as complete to list...
I miss it cause i want to see what i ve done the Day, i often forget and feel bad, cause adhd
Yes i found that, its nice. But i rather would like to Show to myself thats what ive done today, all marked green and complete so i can appreciate the Day more.
And then in the evening it gets moved to the done list.
Can that be implemented?
Hi @Vam Perspective ,
You can achieve this goal using two methods:
You can assign a specific label to all the cards you've worked on during the day. Then, set up an automation rule to move these labeled cards to a separate list where you can see them all. Additionally, you can create a scheduled rule to automatically move all the cards from this list to the "Done" list every evening. Please note that there isn't a direct trigger to mark a card as complete, so labeling is a good workaround.
Alternatively, you can mark the cards as complete. Then, set up an automation rule to move all completed cards to a different list. From there, a scheduled rule can move all the cards to the "Done" list at the end of the day.

Hi @Vam Perspective ,
Welcome to the community!
We don't have an option to move completed cards in Scheduled automation, but you can set up a Rule to move a card to a list whenever it's marked as complete.
For example,

I use Trello as Widget and i dont have space for a second widget list on the Phone.
Is it possible to add this Feature?

Thank you for your feedback. I will share your suggestion internally with our product team to consider it for future updates. Your input is invaluable in helping us improve Trello's features.

Hi @Nivedhya Vikram1
I agree, that I would love to have this functionality back.
My automation that moves cards based on a complete due date doesn't work with the items marked complete without a due date and now I see there's no option for automation that will filter cards based on if they're complete. here's my legacy automation
"every wednesday at 2:00 pm, create a report in variable "Done" with all cards in list "To Do" with a complete due date using pattern "- {cardname} - {cardcheckliststate}", send an email notification to "****" with subject "{boardname} Report for {date}" and message "These are the items that were done at {boardname} recently:\n\n{$Done}", and move each card in list "To Do" with a complete due date to the top of list "Completed""
There's several forum posts of people wanting to move cards based on being complete. right now there's only archive
