SHARING THE CALENDAR PAGE WITH A GUEST

Hello! 

We have an interior designer who shares space with us (we are a cabinet company) and with the distancing rules in place now we want our designer to be able to see the the calendar with appointments to ensure we don't crowd our showroom.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this or perhaps another idea/option?

@Lara Fitzpatrick sounds like you should just be using a calendar for this. For example Google Calendar has "resource calendars" that can be used to manage room allocations, then you just share that with whoever needs to see it.

Yes  thank you! I ended up creating a shared google calendar and is working great (I think :)
