Rules stopped working

I made some rules a couple months ago that have always worked fine. Then, from one day to another, they suddenly stopped working. I did not change anything about the rules nor anything that is mentioned in the rules, but they haven't been working for 3 days now. Does anybody know why this is happening and how I can fix this? I tried turning my rules on and off, and even deleted them all and made new ones with the same code, but nothing seems to work.

Edit: I do not know what I did, but somehow it fixed it. I tried it again today and it worked, so I'll just pray that it keeps working from now on :-)
