Rules Applied to cards emailed into a list not working

I have tried to set up multiple rules like this: 

 

"when a card is emailed into list "New Service Inquiries" by me, add the purple "Nicole" label to the card"

or

"when a card is emailed into list "New Prospect Intake" by me, add member @chelseaworthen1 to the card, and set custom field "Servicing Agent" to "Nicole"

Other rules I have set seem to be working just fine. Any suggestions about what I'm doing wrong?

@Nicole Quadrini can you see any errors in the command log?
