Roll back - lost information

Hi, I'm not sure what happened to my account, all my cards have lost the information from details and they are blank. Is there any way to recover my information?  From what I can tell, the information was there this morning before 10 am EST. I appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you Lisa

Hi Lisa,

If your Trello cards suddenly lost their details, here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Check activity log: Open one of the affected cards and scroll down to see the activity. This can show edits or deletions.

  2. Try different devices or browsers: Sometimes data may not load correctly due to a browser issue or extension.

  3. Check Trello’s workspace or board settings: Make sure the board wasn’t restored to an earlier version or modified by another member.

  4. Contact Trello Support: If the data was visible earlier and is now gone without explanation, Trello support may be able to investigate and possibly restore it.

Include your board name, affected cards, and approximate time the data was lost.
