I have been using Trello for several years without any issues. However, my account appears to have been deactivated without any prior notification or explanation.

I kindly request that you reactivate my account and restore all associated boards, as they contain very important information.
I have already checked with my employer, and they confirmed that we do not have a corporate account and that they did not deactivate my account. Therefore, I understand this issue must be addressed directly with you.
