Request for amin account access recover

My boss has lost access to his account. He doesn't remember the email or the password. when he tries to log in its sending a 6 widget Code to a email he doesn't have.   Account info is for Jason Lee @jason03218829   Other members are myself Branden Zett @bzett1 and Brittany Harrison @bharrison43. Our new address is 802W 1st street Tulsa OK / Phone number 918-419-2724.    We kindly request guidance on verifying ownership and restoring admin access
