Due to a recent adjustment in our company policy, we are currently in the process of reducing the number of users on our subscription. However, as today is a public holiday period in Taiwan, the renewal was processed and charged before we had the chance to complete the adjustment.
Would it be possible to assist us with a refund for this renewal? Once we have finalized the updated number of users, we will proceed with a new payment accordingly.
