I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally request the cancellation of Invoice No. TRINV-34709481, dated 22/10/2025 15:56:48, and the issuance of a new invoice dated 25 February 2026 or later, with reference to Purchase Order no. 116/H02C26.
Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the 2025 invoice promptly in your portal. My colleague, Ana Carvalho, made several attempts to contact your Customer Support team in order to obtain a copy of the invoice. We only managed to locate the invoice on 25 January 2026, as we then realised that, since I was the person who upgraded the account, the invoice was associated with my profile.
By that date, however, our Accounts Department was no longer able to process or record invoices dated 2025. In order to ensure that our records are fully compliant and up to date — and so that we may proceed with upgrading the account again when necessary — we kindly request the issuance of a new invoice relating to the acquisition of Trello Premium.
