Hi, I want to create a report that will provide a list of three color labeled cards. I have looked up few questions and answers here but it doesn't seem to fix my issue. the current set up in my board is that I have cards in different lists labeled with three different colors: purple- past due; red- due this week; yellow- due in 2 weeks. and this is the automation I create. but for some reason when the email sent to me, it doesn't have any information in it besides the message I have create. Can someone give me some pointers please? thank you!
You shouldn't have the curly braces and the "$" in the variable name in the first part of the automation. That goes in the part where you put the variable into the email, which we cannot see in the screenshot here. But, regardless, it shouldn't be in the first part. That might be the issue.
