Removing from workspace due to enterprise security policies

I have an account with my company email. And my company has not been provided enterprise account but my customer has enterprise account. I have workspace in my personal account and I received an email as my Workspace is added to the enterprise account of customer. Therefore I lost my access to my workspace. How can I regaing my access to my workspace?

Based on my understanding, losing access to your workspace after it’s added to a customer’s enterprise account might be due to security restrictions imposed by the customer’s policies.

It’s essential to clarify the ownership and access rights with the customer’s admin or enterprise account manager.
