Remove 2 step verification on trello

Hi,

I lost my phone, i don't have 2 step verification app, i don't have recovery code, how can i remove 2 step verification on my trello account? already i'm logged in to my account on my laptop, but i want to login into trello account with my new phone

When you turn on 2fa you have to save some backup codes - do you have access to them?

Does the session you are logged in on allow you to turn of 2fa without a code?

Those are going to be your only two paths. We can’t change 2fa settings as it would defeat the security purpose of 2fa.

my session are logged in don't allow to turn off 2fa without a code

i can reset my password by email, but i can't reset my 2fa with email, how can i turn off my 2fa ????
