Could you please let us know whether the reminder notification settings can be adjusted?

We would like to expand the available default reminder options. Could you please confirm whether it is possible to add reminder such as 30 days or 5 days before the due date?

I'm afraid this option is not currently available for notification reminders. But you aren't alone. We have had other users express interest in this feature as well. With that in mind, I’ve added you as a “+1” to our existing suggestion, which you can access here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-802

I'd also recommend visiting that suggestion, logging in with your Atlassian account, and clicking Start watching this issue in the right panel and leave a comment if you wish.  This will help our product and engineering team better understand which functionalities our users are interested in. Additionally, when our product team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.
