Regarding Team members in a workspace

So I just wanted to know if I have added a team member in a workspace will he be able to access all boards in that workspace as a normal member and can I add him on multiple boards? 

And if I have standard plan so I will be paying $6/month for the member right?

Secondly when I add a team member that don't use Trello so for which version he should sign up like free or paid and will I be charged as a team admin or that team member has to pay for himself like what I am confused over it.

I want to pay myself for every new member I add don't want my team members to pay.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Your best bet would be to add a free guest to the board. In general, if you only need to give one-time access to different people you can invite them as free guests to your board.

Keep in mind,

• A free guest is invited to a single board in a single workspace
• A billable guest, or a guest you have to pay for, is a member of two or more boards. (They will also get billed at the same rate as "normal" Workspace members.
