Hi Trello Community,
I have a board on a Premium plan with 6 members (all are Premium).
About two weeks after starting the plan, I canceled the Premium plan for the board (canceled for all members). However, I was billed annually for all 6 members.
Do I qualify for a refund since I canceled after 2 weeks, or does the subscription stay active/paid through the end of the annual term?

I see that you’ve already opened a request with our billing team, and they have issued a refund for you. Please note that it may take 4–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
