This move over to Atlassian seems to have deleted my account and I'm no longer able to access my Trello it just forces me to create a new account.
I have important trello boards in there from some years ago that I cannot afford to lose.
if I could he direct to someone to get access to my original account again that would be great.
all emails have been checked just in case the wrong email was logged into, this is not the case.
@Samdish Suri When Atlassian merged accounts your Trello account would still have been associated with the same email account. So, if you created an Atlassian account with the same email account you will be able to access Trello with that.
If your account has been dormant for an extended period, it can be deleted. You would have received emails notifying you of this if you are the owner of the board. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/dormant-trello-account-policy/
If you have double checked everything and are still not able to find you boards, I can escalate this request to Atlassian support.

@Brant Schroeder It looks like those emails went to spam. Such important emails should have proper Gmail Inbox SEO implemented so that they land in one's Primary inbox.
Is there anything you can do to help me retrieve my Trello boards? I really need them. The deletion seems to have been performed exactly a month ago on Nov 24, 2025.
