Recover previous card description

Hello,

I’m reaching out because I accidentally overwrote the description in a Trello card and I’m trying to recover the previous version.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any record of the change in the Activity section, and the previous content does not appear to be available in the card history. I have also checked the original card (as this one was copied from another), but the information is not there either.

Is there any way for you to restore or retrieve an earlier version of the card description from your system, backups, or logs?

This information is quite important, so I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.

Thanks for your help and for sharing the KB article. I’ve gone through it, but unfortunately I’m still not able to recover the previous version of the card description.

Is it possible to escalate this to Atlassian Support or check if the previous description can be retrieved from server-side logs or backups?
