Good morning.
I just opened my app and had to login. Upon doing so, I noticed all of my information/boards were deleted.
How can I recover this information?
thank you.
Regards,
Helyne
Hi, Welcome to the community!
I’ve taken a look at your account and it appears that there is just one board associated with it. Please double-check if you might be logged in with a different account. If you’ve used another email address to access Trello in the past, make sure you’re logged in with the correct one.
If possible, please share the board link so I can check further details for you. You might be able to find the link in your email notifications.
Thank you !
Hi good morning @Sakshi Verma , yes I do see that now but I had multiple saved with important information.
I’ve always used:
trello.com/helynesworkspace
thank you for your assistance so far.

Hi @Helyne ,
Thank you for sharing the workspace information. I checked it, and I see just one board under this workspace. Are you able to see that same board on your end?
There are three lists on the board. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see? That way, I can better assist you and help resolve any discrepancies. 😊
Thank you !

Hi Sakai,
I had several boards with work information saved that is critical to me.
This is all I see now:

Hi @Helyne
I understand that you mentioned working on several boards, but currently, I can only see one board associated with this account: "Claudia & Roger Europe Holiday."
Since you’ve worked on multiple boards, could you please share the links to those boards so I can check on my end? Here are a couple of ways you might be able to find the board links:
Check your email notifications: If you’ve worked on those boards, you may have received email notifications containing board or card links. Please search your email inbox for Trello notifications and share any relevant board links you find.
Check your bookmarks: If you’ve bookmarked any of the board links in your browser, sharing those would also be very helpful.
Once you provide the links, I’ll be able to investigate further for you.

I don’t have those links or anything in my email. I’ve never had a reason to copy them, whenever I needed access I just opened the app on my phone.
Aren’t you or a colleague of yours able to pull up my account history? I’m open to scheduling a zoom 1:1 so we can discuss instead of going back and forth on this thread.
Please email me your availability with a link to book a call. Thank you, and speak soon.

Hi Helyne,Thank you for reaching out! I’ve taken a look at your account associated with firstname.yourlastname2@gmail.com, and I can confirm that nothing has been removed or deleted from it.
Since you aren't seeing the boards you usually work on, it’s very likely they are tied to a different email address. Do you happen to have another Gmail account or a different email address you might have used in the past?
If you can share any alternative email addresses with me, I’d be more than happy to check our system to see if your boards are located there. Thanks .

Hi
What you're describing makes it seem like the user you logged in with isn't the same. Are you sure it's the same user?
