I currently have a Standard annual subscription for Trello, with the next payment scheduled for February 6.
I would like to cancel the annual plan and switch to a monthly subscription, as this would give me more flexibility to cancel at any time during the year if needed.
Before I proceed, I would like to clarify one important thing:
If I click “Cancel subscription” now,
will my workspace remain active until February 6 (the end of the current billing period)?
will my workspace, boards, and members stay intact, or is there any risk that the workspace will be downgraded immediately or that members could be removed?
My intention is to keep everything as it is until February 6, and then set up the monthly subscription before or on that date.

Hi @Klára Šindlerová - I see that you have submitted the cancel request for your Standard subscription on the Trello Workspace. To directly answer your questions:
After February 6, the 10 most active Workspace boards will remain open. Other boards will be closed, but not deleted. Extra boards can be closed or moved to a different Workspace before downgrading. Or if you notice some boards are closed after Feb 6, you could rearrange the remaining open boards by closing some or moving some to another Workspace, which will make room for you to reopen any that were closed at the end of the Standard period. Free Workspaces are allowed to have 10 Collaborators. Boards in that Workspace will become view-only until the number of collaborators is reduced below 10. More about the collaborator limit in free Workspaces
Data from paid features will be hidden, but not deleted.
