My colleague ( iam asking this question as the administrator of the page for him) is trying to change the email address of his Trello account, but the verification code that Trello sends goes to his old email address. That address no longer exists, so he cannot confirm the change.
Is there a way to resolve this without access to the old email address?
If this is not possible: can I delete his current account and then create a new account with the new email address? And will the old boards, lists, and cards still be visible (to all other team members), or will they disappear when the account is deleted?
