I've just checked the details on your account and don't see any active Trello subscription.
Generally speaking, you should receive an invoice via email to the mailbox mentioned as the billing contact on the subscription right after the purchase.
You can also retrieve the invoice when you navigate to the Workspace Settings > Billing. On that same page, you can add additional details to your invoice such as TAX/VAT ID if needed.
