Problems with sharing boards

I don´t know why, buy my invitations to share boards aren't reaching people. I checked the adresses and all possible software and system issues. Eveything is OK, but I can´t reach my contacts.

Hi,

I imagine you're inviting users directly to the board using the Share button. Is that correct?

After sharing the board, do you see the user listed in your members section, just below where you invite new users?

Could you please confirm this? If you don’t see the user after clicking Share, please try the process again and check for any error messages. Most of the time, Trello will not send the invite and will display the reason in a small banner in the lower left corner.
