In my team there are some users that can not upload files from the computer to Trello.
A red message appears with a problem of synchronization with trello servers.
How can we solve that?

@Victor Cerrato that sounds like either a temporary problem or a bug that's affecting some of your users, either way you would be best to go back to trello.com/contact and submit your question to Trello directly rather than to the community.
