Problem with two step verification

Hello

One of my colleagues is trying to connect to Trello, but now, the login page is asking for the 2 Step verification, and when he click on "Can't use my phone," a pop-up with the emergency Recovery key appears, and he hasn't this key. 

I tried to remove and restart the 

user, but it didn't work. Is there any option to restart and deactivate the MFA option?
