Prevent changes when making a copy of a board

Is there a plan  in TRELLO where I can prevent users from changing specific info con a board, even if the person makes a copy of the board?

I'm afraid there isn't a way to prevent users from copying a board. But I see we have a suggestion open that you can check and follow here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-1598

To prevent users from changing information on the board, the closest feature is Observers (available for Premium subscriptions). Observers are board members who are able to view a board and the cards within the board, download card attachments, comment, but cannot move or edit cards, upload card attachments, tick the box on a checklist item, and can't change board settings.

Not exactly what I had i mind, the idea was just to lock specific info on the board, so that the locked assets can't be changed even if the board is copied.
