Premium Users

We recently paid to have our staff of 13 all added as users on our org's premium account, but when I log into my own account (one of those 13) I show as a FREE account. Shouldn't all of our users show as Premium? Our invoice says "Annual fee for Trello Premium with 13 users." Thanks,

@Women_s Foundation for the State of Arizona yep, like @Vongsawat mentioned, your account isn't free or paid, your account is part of multiple workspaces, which are either free or paid. If you go to a board that is set up in that workspace, you should see Premium!

Click Workspaces on the top bar when you're in Trello and you can see all the workspaces you're part of: image.png

(Also I made this video a while back, and it's a bit outdated with the changes in collaborators, but most of it's still the same and it explains how trello pricing works: https://youtu.be/VQMawLKZHyo )

Helpful, thanks so much!

Trello does things a bit different.

Free/Premium etc is not attached to Users/Accounts. Its attached to Workplaces.

So you have a Premium Workplace that has 13 billable Users. But those Users can also be in other Free Workplaces as well.

Makes sense, thank you!
