I’m experiencing a persistent issue when trying to access the Power-Up menu on Trello.
Issue description:
When I click “Power-Ups” on any board, a popup opens but stays completely grey and never loads.
This happens across multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome), with no ad blocker or VPN enabled.
I’ve already cleared the cache, tried incognito/private mode, disabled all extensions, and restarted browsers — nothing helps.
Other attempts:
I tried accessing Power-Ups directly via a link like https://trello.com/1/power-ups/admin?board=ID, but I get the same blank/grey screen.
I also installed the Trello desktop app for macOS, but I can’t log in because the TouchID authentication popup doesn’t show up properly either.
Context:
I’m trying to install the “Butler” Power-Up to automate tasks on my board.
I also tried going to https://trello.com/butler, but it just redirects to the @butler user profile, not the Power-Up interface.
Could you please help me:
Resolve the Power-Up menu display issue?
Install or access Butler via another working link or method?

As for your Butler Power-Up, just to let you know that this is now a legacy feature and we don't officially support it. We now have Automation as a built-in feature, so you don't need to install it as a Power-Up.
