I have a small problem with a PowerUP, the Checklist Summary. I can't get it to work. Yes, I bought the personal license, but I can't use the app. When I open the app, nothing is displayed. I also can't redo the authentication. Is there another simple way, via the API or something, to re-enable the app? Apparently, the developers didn't build in a feature for this. I've already contacted the developer, but maybe someone else has an idea.
You can revoke the auth yourself under Trello -> Settings -> Personal Settings -> Applications.
The app has to be added back in somehow. I’ve already tried deleting the Personal Settings, disabling and re-enabling the app, but I can’t get it back in.

Sorry to hear about that, since it's a 3rd party Power-up I'd recommend contacting their support again to see what is going on. If they need any help from our end, they can contact our team to work with them.
Revoke the app and try to add it again would be an alternative. (by removing it from the board, revoke and add it again from the Power-up marketplace, unfortunately, you would need to re-authenticate it).
You can also try accessing it from an incognito window and see if it might be something related to the browser's old cache or an extension blocking the Power-up.
