A board has been closed and can only be reopen by the admin. However, they have moved on from the company so are not able to do this. We have been using this board daily and it is essential for us to have access.

I cant seem to see the ticket that you have linked in the previous message. Are you able to update the status and when the board will be able to reopen please?

Could you please try the following:
Connect from your company network or VPN (the one you normally use to access your Jira/Confluence sites) and then try the ticket link again.
If you’re already on VPN, please:
Disconnect and reconnect to your usual corporate VPN endpoint, then retry, or
Try from a different network that you know normally works for Atlassian Cloud.
If it still fails,Please share the board URL

After checking our records, I can confirm that the board is currently closed. This happened because the original board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, in accordance with our https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/dormant-trello-account-policy/.
The good news is that I have promoted you as the Board Admin. You can now reopen the board and move it under the new workspace by following these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/.
