Hi, when I add attachments such as Google Slides or a Google Doc to a card, sometimes it shows a picture of the slide or doc. And sometimes when I add a Google Slide/Doc only a grey shaded box pops up instead. Can you tell me why this happens and how I might fix it so that a picture shows every time? Thank you.

Are you posting from Google Drive on both occasions or from Google Drive and Your Computer?

I have Google Drive as a Power-Up but I didn't get to the attachments by clicking on the Google Drive Power-Up. For all the attachments (the ones that show pictures and the ones that don't) I inserted a link via 'Add an attachment'.
I recently updated MacOS Big Sur - I don't know if that has anything to do with it?

Thanks @Julie McInnes for mentioning the recent update. Did you try in multiple browsers for this issue? E.g. - Chrome and Safari both. Do you see any difference?

I just checked on Safari, and yes the problem exists there too I'm afraid.
