Personal Productivity - Private view of all things, and team view of just work things

Good morning! I'd like to have a master board for my life. All the things. Just my tickets/projects and tasks. 

I'd like to have this view that includes private items and work items. I'd also like for my team to just be able to see work items only. 

I've thought about how I could achieve this with different boards, but I'm not sure I can automate a secondary board to pull from the main board. Is something like this possible? Or is there a smarter way to handle this?

You could build it, a system that funnels information from various work/personal project boards into a personal productivity board.  I certainly have built similar before.
