Does anyone know how I am able to pay our invoice by Bank transfer? Our account is currently suspended and I have tried to contact customer support numerous times, however I am receiving no response!

So sorry for the trouble on this one, Lauren—I do see that we've been corresponding, though I know you're still waiting. Setting up invoiced billing is something that takes more time, but the right team is on the case, and they'll be back in touch asap!

Using a bank transfer is generally reliable, but it’s important to enter the correct reference details so your payment isn’t delayed. If you’re topping up your salik account, it’s a good idea to check your balance beforehand through https://salikbalancecheck.org/ to ensure everything is accurate before completing the transaction.

Bank transfer usually works fine, just make sure you include the correct reference number to avoid delays. If it’s for Salik recharge, you can also quickly verify your balance anytime at https://checksalikbalanceae.com/ before making payment.
