My Trello password is not valid when I now is asked to change. Nor my Jira password. What shall I do

I clicked around and when I did that on Trello I could send an e-mail that I had forgot the password. So it's now up and running. That obtion was not available when I was on the site which was opened byt the link on "getting a new Trello-account".
