On December 18, 2025, I paid for a one-year Trello subscription. After a long break, when I logged back into my account, the system offered me a 2-week free trial and then asked me to pay for a yearly subscription again.
I am the only user, there are no teams or organizations, and I am the admin of my subscription.
I have tried to contact support via the official form, but it keeps redirecting me to the same page and I cannot submit a request.
Could you please advise how to restore access to my paid subscription or how to contact Atlassian support staff to resolve this issue?

I have one account and I see an invoice paid in December in the billing.
I can't write to support - the system is leading me in circles both with and without AI. The same pages, but there is no way to contact support. It was AI who suggested writing here.
