PDF preview Adobe banner

Hello, I am using Trello personal (so a free account).

When (trying) previewing a PDF file I am hit with a banner for Adobe Acrobat Reader. Even installing this 'monster' does not get previews enabled. Is it possible to preview PDF files within the browser (like .docx files etc.)?

It's really weird... some pdf's generate a preview and some do not (browser/OS independent, tried on several browsers and different machines). I'll try to find out what the diff may be. Thanks for your answer.

@Gonijn this might depend on your browser/platform. On macOS Mojave in the desktop app I get a PDF preview when I click on a PDF document attached to a Trello card.
