Outlook plugin not working in outbox

So here is what I do most: Sending emails and putting them on trello. However, I cannot do that while creating an email. It is only available in the inbox or sent but NOT in the outbox.

Other Outlook plugins such as Salesforce have that option (I guess they need to put some additional code in).

Any ideas?
