I've build out sets of butler rules to add checklist items with default due dates based on the date added to a custom field. (aka departure date set triggers checklist item to be added to list with due date 45 days before departure date and assigned to X team member) This is the only way that I have found to template the due dates. When I set these up with the butler, it seems in consistent how they end up populating in the cards. The order is not by due date nor is it even the order that I add the rules. Is there any way that I can re-order my rules so that they flow in by date or order that the rule was created? Additionally, if you want to change or add something, then the rules reset and the order is lot again. This is such a mess for a checklist designed to follow a set process. Can anybody help?
There is no native automation for what you wanted to achieve.
