I myself have cello on iPhone one is probably an iPhone 6 with an old operating system. It’s just an emergency backup phone the mirror is my newer iPhone 13

the iPhone 6 has a wonderfully working trial out of the iPhone 13 when I click the red bell I see the notifications but if I click the notification, it’s vanishes

I am getting very frustrated by that. Can you please assist I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on that iPhone 13 I know I wouldn’t get it reinstalled on the iPhone 6

really love, Trello I do not believe we have premium. I have not been able to find what premium offers for what the cost is. I just know you can click a button and get it. Thank you for any assistance.

As far as I know, I am the only user this is affecting and only on one device, but I am the owner of the company

Hi Patty 😊,

I hope you're doing well! I'm Rishabh from the Trello support team. Welcome to our community!

I understand you're having trouble opening notifications on your iPhone 13.  First, could you please check if your notifications are filtered to show only "Unread" instead of "All"? Sometimes, this filter can prevent certain notifications from appearing.

If your filter settings are correct, please try the following steps (Please try one more time if you have already tried some steps):

1. Force-quit and relaunch the Trello app

  • Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and swipe Trello away to close it completely, then reopen the app.

2. Sign out and sign back in

  • Log out of Trello on your iPhone 13, then log back in. Please make sure you're using the same account as on your iPhone 6.

3. Offload and reinstall the app

  • Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Trello > Offload App. After offloading, reinstall Trello from the same screen. (This is a bit different from deleting and reinstalling, as it refreshes the app state more thoroughly.)

Please let me know how these steps go, or if you run into any issues along the way. I'm here to help you every step of the way!

Looking forward to your update. 😊
