Observers can't comment trello cards

Hello, 

I am responsible for maintenance tasks at my job and would like to have standing trellocards where activities are documented in the comment section. The only thing is that I just want my colleagues to be able to comment on the cards. not changing them. I don't manage to make it work. I have followed this:

I have checked  "Allow admins, normal members, and observers to comment." on the board but when I make my colleagues to observers they cant comment the cards on the board.

What am I doing wrong?

Would you mind performing a hard refresh of your browser to see if that changes anything?

Chrome: Windows - Ctrl+F5 / Mac - Command+Shift+R
Safari: Mac - Option+Command+R
Firefox: Windows - Ctrl+Shift+R / Mac - Command+Shift+R
