Hello,

I would like to create 2 boards and add 20 members on each of them.
If I subscribe to a standard plan, will I be able to add these 20 members without them having to pay?

Thanks,

Hi @Laurène Cabaret  ,Welcome to community !

On our paid plans, billing is based on the number of billable users. To help you further, here’s a helpful guide that explains how billing works in paid plans, including the difference between billable and non-billable users:

As a summary:

  • Billable:
All users added to the workspace are billable)
All user invited to more then one board (muti board guest are billable)

Thank you for clarifying!
I actually want 20 users on one board, and 20 OTHER users on another board.
That makes them non billable, right?

Additionnally, can you please advise on how to add people to boards and NOT not workspaces?

Thanks!

That's correct — if each of those 40 total users are only on a single board and are not members of the Workspace itself, there's no charge for them. Adding a member to a board does not add them to the Workspace by default — that would need to be done from the Workspace members page.
