Notifications

When checking notifications on my phone, they no longer send me to the board that the notification is about. Therefore, when a team member has commented on one of my boards, there is no way for me to know which client they are talking about. It used to work perfectly until about 2 weeks ago. How do I fix this?

We are having the same issue starting about two weeks ago only on my iPhone 13. I also have this installed on an old iPhone 6 with no  Issues at all 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the iPhone 13 And I personally don’t see any answers to any of the questions posted in this forum if you find out where to get assistance, could you please email me pattyfay222@gmail.com And you’d  like to send me your email. I’m glad to provide you any response. I find anywhere . 

I will also add that just recently the cover image in the card will not open on the iPhone 13 again it’s fine on the iPhone 6 and if anyone knows what about the premium version I can’t find no information on that not even the cost let alone the benefits I would love to know that

Other than these issues, we’ve never had an issue with trello  and I love it
