Hi. I am receiving my notifications. However, I used to be able to click on the notification and it would take me to the trello board for that specific notification. This feature stopped working a few weeks ago. Now when I get a notification, I don't know which client/trello board it's for because it does not take me to that board when I click on it. This issue only occurs on my phone through the app. If I login to the desktop then I don't have this issue. Any suggestions? I use this app for all of my clients and appts and really need this feature to be working again. I am unsure why it stopped. Thanks in advance.

If I understand your problem correctly it is only when you receive the email on your phone and click on the email to get to the correct board?

It sounds like there is some kind of security setting in your phone removing the hyperlink in the email. Can you add Trello as a "trusted sender" in the email settings or via other settings in your phone or email client?

It is a quite common trick for hackers to "spoof" hyperlinks so it might be inactivated as a default by some security patch.

Hi Staffan. Thanks for responding. It's not the email notifications. It's the actual notifications in the app. When I click on it, it used to take me to the correct board and now it doesn't take me anywhere.

Thank you Vronik. Unfortunately, this is not the issue. I receive notifications on my phone through the app and in my email. However, when I am in the app, I used to be able to click on the notification in the app and it would take me to the specific board for that notification. However, when I click notifications now in the app, this does not happen so I have no idea which board the notification is for. Hope that makes sense.
