I've read that the notifications arrive 24 hours before. Is it possible to modify it? for example, make the alarm arrive 15 minutes before

Hi Francesco,

 

That's right, notifications for due dates are only sent out 24 hours prior to the due date, and it's not currently possible to configure or change that.

 

If you'd prefer to get a notification at the due date time (or any other configured time!), you may want to integrate Trello with a third-party app such as Google Calendar. From there, you can use their apps to customize the notifications.

How do you set up JIRA to notify when an issue is approaching it's due date?
