Hi Ezra, thanks for reaching out - so sorry to hear about these notification issues you've been experiencing lately! I've got some suggestions and news, hopefully this helps!
1. It may help to force the app to sync. You can find this by navigating to the 'Account' tab, then tapping on the 'Sync Queue' section.
2. Our dev team is currently working on the bug related to notification badges not clearing out after it's been acknowledged. Thank you for your patience on this one, we hope to have it fixed up asap!
