Hello,

I do not receive any notifications when a task is about to expire, either by email or via a pop-up notification. This is essential for organising my work. How can I activate them?

Hi Rosa,

Welcome to the community,

You're already set to receive emails, so there are only a few things that could prevent the notification of a due date (also, can you confirm if you're referring to due dates):

  • Beyond the due date, you need to set a reminder. Within the date picker, the last option is Reminder this must be set. Otherwise, you won't be notified.
  • You also need to be a member of the card or need to watch the card/list/board.
  • You can't open the card before the email is sent, so after it expires, wait for 15 minutes, and you should get the email.
