Not receiving emails when assigned to checklist in Trello

Hi, just starting using Trello for my team!

For some reason, we are currently not receiving Trello notifications BY EMAIL when assigning tasks on boards, for ex. I just tried assigning an item to a member of the team with deadline 10 mins from the time I created and no emails were received. Any help with how to solve this matter?

Just added a ticket to support, anyway if anybody had an issue like this and solved it let me know!

Important things to note about email notifications in Trello:

  1. They are set at a user level
  2. They default to Periodically for new users
  3. You won't be notified by email if a notification has been read (and cleared) already in Trello
