I've just started at a new organisation, and they've added me to their Trello boards using my company email address. I can login to my inbox and receive emails fine, but there's nothing coming in from Trello enabling me to confirm my address. I've hit that 'Resend Email' button a million times!
I've used Trello before with a different email address, but there's nothing landing in that inbox either. When I try to merge my two accounts (i.e add my new company email as my 'Primary email' I'm told I can't because the email 'already exists.'
Help, pls!
@Lucy Rennick probably they created the account before the email existed, then the system attempted to send the confirmation and it bounced, then they created the email, but now because it bounced their email system (probably Sendgrid) has that email flagged as not existing and is not attempting to deliver to it to protect their deliverability.
Just email support@trello.com and they'll remove the block
